If you are a user with an issue after the database update (you can not access your account or you can not download, mainly those created after May 5th) we ask you to have your PURCHASE ID NUMBER at hand so we can locate you in the backup of our records (You can find this number in the mail that was sent to you when you got your subscription or your item).

FIRST REGISTER AN ACCOUNT ON THIS PORTAL, please do so with the same email you registered with the club in order to expedite the resolution of your account, after register you will be able to login the support area.
